For 176 years, St George’s College has been a cornerstone of Jamaican education, moulding generations of students through academic rigour, discipline, leadership, and service.

This year’s St George’s Week once more turned the North Street campus into a vibrant tapestry of school pride and excellence. Students, staff, and alumni came together to celebrate the institution’s proud legacy.

Anchored around the Feast of St George on April 23, the week remains a highlight of the school calendar — a time when achievement is celebrated and the enduring Georgian spirit is reaffirmed. From spirited competitions and lectures to sports, exhibitions, and moments of reflection, the programme showcased the impressive range of talent across the entire school community.

“St George’s Week is integral to who we are as a school,” said Principal Margaret Campbell.
