1984 Triple Crown Champions to Receive Special Recognition at St. George’s College Hall of Fame Ceremony
KINGSTON, Jamaica — As St George’s College celebrates the 26th staging of the institution’s Hall of Fame induction ceremony, members of the 1984 triple crown champions are set to participate in the celebratory occasion.
They will be led by Andrew Price, the school’s new head coach and technical director, who was also a member of the champions decades ago.
Coach Price will be joined by some of the champion team members, who will receive special recognition awards at the 2026 St George’s College Hall of Fame presentation on November 1 at the Terra Nova Hotel for their stellar performance in winning the Manning Cup, Walker Cup and Oliver Shield in 1984.
The athletes will share the spotlight on November 1 with retired St George’s coach and STGC Hall of Famer Neville “Bertis” Bell, who coached the 2011 triple crown champions, as well as with members of the 1996 Sunlight Cup cricket champion team.
