In Memory of Vinton Oswald Powell

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved coach, Mr. Vinton ‘Pow Pow’ Powell. He was not only a legendary athlete in his own right but also an extraordinary coach and mentor whose influence extended far beyond the track.

For many years, Mr. Powell dedicated himself wholeheartedly to St George’s College, where he played a pivotal role in developing young athletes. His guidance helped shape countless individuals, instilling in them discipline, perseverance, and a passion for excellence that will endure for generations.
